deltaDNA Analytics data ingestion outage

We experienced an outage in the collection of Analytics data originating from games connected to our legacy deltaDNA data collection endpoints on 4th of March whilst sunsetting the deltaDNA dashboard and services.

The outage occurred between approximately 10:00 and 20:00 UTC.

Data collection has been successfully restored for games that have migrated from deltaDNA to Unity Analytics, but are still using deltaDNA SDKs or REST API. New events and any events cached on device are being ingested successfully, but any events sent during the outage that were not cached or cannot be resent will be lost.
