We have now backfilled all missing data for 2025-08-06. All UAds reporting data is available normally now and no data was lost during this incident.

We have fixed the underlying issue and are currently backfilling the missing reporting numbers. Latest metrics (starting from 2025-08-06 8:00 UTC) will be published normally. We are also currently backfilling the missing hours (between 00:00-08:00) and the data will become available gradually.

We expect the backfilling to fully complete by 2025-08-06 19:00 UTC.

We are working on fixing an issue with our reporting data pipelines. All reporting data for UnityAds user acquisition and monetization since 2025-08-06 00:00 UTC is temporarily unavailable.

No data is lost and all reporting data will be available later once we have fixed the issue.

This incident doesn’t affect campaign delivery or model performance.
