Partial unavailability of the UVCS Europe node

Starting on September 3rd at 22:22 UTC, and finishing on September 4th at 07:22 UTC, the Unity Version Control Europe node was partially unavailable.

The issue was caused by an issue on disk connectivity. Not all European customers were affected equally. The service was partially available during this timeframe, depending on the ID of the organization.
