Resolved

The team has fixed storage usage calculation, and replaced the incorrect usage data with corrected storage usage values. Charts should display accurate information now. Invoices for march will be calculated shortly with correct storage usage information.

Update

We’ve fixed an issue with how storage usage was being calculated for reporting and invoicing. March invoices will reflect accurate storage usage and pricing.

We’re now recalculating storage data for March and April 2026 across all accounts. This will take a few days to complete, and we’ll post an ETA as soon as we have one.

In the meantime, storage values in your dashboard may appear higher than expected. You don’t need to do anything. Corrected values will show up automatically once the recalculation finishes.

Thanks for your patience while we get this sorted.
