We will be updating our SSL/TLS certificates on Wednesday May 13th at 2:00 PM EDT, maintenance is expected to last 1 hour. This update ensures the widest possible coverage of client devices. Please be aware that this update may affect older unpatched Windows 7 and Windows 8 clients, who will not be able to connect to our systems. These clients may be able to patch their systems to support these new certificates.
