[Leaderboards] Scheduled Resets

The incident has been resolved and we are monitoring the situation.

Update
A fix has been deployed to resolve the Scheduled Leaderboards Reset issue identified earlier today.

Impact
Leaderboards scheduled resets were unable to execute successfully between 09:52 - 11:38 UTC today 14th July 2026. Any leaderboard resets scheduled to occur during the affected window would not have executed successfully.

Recommendation
Customers, particularly those with longer leaderboard duration resets scheduled to occur during this time must manually reset the leaderboard in the Unity dashboard.

We are continuing to monitor the service and will update accordingly.
