Parsec scheduled quarterly maintenance has now begun. Our API, billing, and signaling services may experience brief moments of unavailability. Existing Parsec connections established before this time will not be interrupted.

Parsec will conduct scheduled maintenance from 7am EDT to 11am on Saturday 2026-09-05 in order to upgrade our infrastructure. During this window our API, billing, and signaling services may be intermittently unavailable. Existing Parsec connections established before the beginning of the maintenance window will not be interrupted. Another notice will be sent when maintenance has begun.
